The 360 Web Content Management System allows you to create dynamic contact and lead forms using the Form Builder module. The form builder module allows you to create forms with text boxes, drop down lists, radio buttons, text areas, check boxes, headers and even file upload controls. You can also validate input of text-boxes using regular expressions and use a captcha to prevent spam submissions. You can have form submissions emailed to you directly or have them stored on the website for later viewing.
